Membership terms and terms of sale.

Waitlist Labs is for adults. You must be at least twenty-one years old to enter the site, to become a member, and to order. By ticking the box at the door you confirm that you are, and that anyone you order for is too. We may ask for proof of age at any time and may cancel an order or a membership if it is not provided.

Entry is on our terms. When the waitlist is open, anyone of age who accepts these terms may enter, and a referral code discounts the prices. When it is closed, a referral code is required the first time, and the prices inside are discounted. Members sign in and enter either way. We may open or close the waitlist, and grant or refuse entry, at our discretion and without giving a reason.

Membership is personal and free. You become a member by signing in with your email while inside, at checkout or from your account. There is no password: each time you sign in we email you a one-time code, so you are responsible for giving an address you control. Every order is placed by a signed-in member. Members keep access to the house when the waitlist is closed, and sign in with a code sent to their email.

You are responsible for your email account and for anyone who uses a sign-in link sent to it. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.

We may suspend or end a membership if these terms are broken, if we believe an account is being used by someone under twenty-one, or if it is used to abuse referral codes or the house. You may end your membership at any time by emailing us.

Referral codes belong to referrers we approve. A member who joins with a referrer's code stays attributed to that referrer. The referrer earns commission on that member's paid orders, including orders after the first. A member who joins with no code is not attributed, and those orders pay no commission. Codes are not to be posted publicly or sold. We may withdraw a code at any time.

A referrer earns nothing on their own orders. The commission rate and the referrer's own shopping discount are the house defaults unless we set a different rate for that referrer. Referred customers see the code discount set for the house. Commission is added when an order is marked paid and comes off if that order is cancelled. The balance may be spent at checkout or requested as a payout to a wallet the referrer gives us. We send payouts ourselves; nothing is transferred automatically.

Our products are research peptides, sold for research use only. They are not foods, dietary supplements, or medicines, and they are not for human consumption. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Keep out of reach of children.

We describe every peptide as accurately as we can, including the name and the amount on the label. Current shipments use the white label. Product photographs and packaging may change. If we learn that a description was wrong, we will tell you and you may cancel the affected order for a full refund.

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when payment is confirmed. Until then the order is held for you, and we may cancel it if payment does not arrive within seven days.

We accept payment in the cryptocurrencies shown at checkout, sent to the address and in the exact amount shown on your order page, on the network named there. Crypto payments are final once confirmed on the network and cannot be reversed by us or by you. Funds sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network, or in the wrong token may be lost and we cannot recover them. Check the address before you send.

Prices are in US dollars. For non-stable tokens the amount due is calculated at the market rate when you place the order. Network fees are yours. Where we offer another arranged method of payment, its terms are shown at checkout.

We may refuse or cancel any order, including after acceptance, for reasons such as a pricing or stock error, suspected fraud, inability to verify age, or a delivery address we cannot serve. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

We ship to the addresses and regions offered at checkout. Orders ship once payment is confirmed, normally within two business days. Delivery times shown are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers to the address you gave. Where local pickup is offered, you collect within the period we tell you, after which we may cancel and refund.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your delivery address and for any duties, taxes or import rules that apply where you are. We do not ship to anywhere it is unlawful to receive these products.

These are research materials, so we do not accept returns of opened products or products that have left our control, except as set out here.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive at all, tell us within fourteen days of the delivery date, or of the estimated delivery date if it never came, and we will replace it or refund it in full. We may ask for photographs.

Refunds are made in the token and to the address the order was paid from, in the US dollar value of the order at the time of the refund, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We do not refund network fees.

You agree not to resell our products, share or sell referral codes, sign-in links or your account, attempt to bypass the door or age verification, scrape or copy the site, or use the site for anything unlawful. We may end your access if you do.

The Waitlist Labs name, marks, copy and design are ours. You may not use them without our written permission.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the site, your membership or an order is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by your misuse of a product or failure to follow its directions.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your rights as a consumer under the law of where you live.

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Changes apply to orders placed after they are posted. If a change is significant we will tell members by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of [State] and the United States. If we have a disagreement, email us first and we will try to resolve it within thirty days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way will be brought in the state or federal courts located in [State], and you agree to their jurisdiction, except where the law of your home state gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
